There is no doubt that an extrusion is a very simple product to manufacture. Through the extrusion process it is possible to obtain many different shapes with great precision and accuracy. Promoclad S.r.l. has chosen this technology to produce XPAN, a cladding system offering many different and extremely strong profiles.

XPAN aluminium extruded panels can be combined with one another in almost any combination. In fact it is possible to personalize the cladding alternating the different profiles giving to the wall fantastic visual effects. Only with extrusions can be done what with other technologies would be too expensive in terms of fabrication. This flexibility will allow the architect to actively participate in the realization of his own design using the available range of profiles or, alternatively, designing with Promoclad's support, new shapes to fit his architectural needs. In addition, it is possible to supply small quantities of material in different colours so that wonderful colour combinations can be achieved.
